Enger’s dynamic composition bursts with saturated reds, yellows, greens and blues, layered with expressive gestural lines and spontaneous mark-making. The design for this limited-edition scarf is drawn from Matt Enger’s Kingdom of Night #17 (2025), an 18 x 18 inch work created in cast acrylic on canvas. Enger’s distinctive process produces richly layered surfaces of color, movement, and luminous abstraction, giving the original artwork a striking visual intensity. Translated into silk, the composition takes on a new dimension as a wearable work of art, carrying the energy, rhythm, and color of Enger’s original painting into a collectible design. Created on the occasion of LOOK UP Times Square at Palazzo Mora in Venice, as part of the European Cultural Centre’s Personal Structures exhibition during the 61st International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia, the scarf celebrates the intersection of contemporary art, fashion, and the global creative vision of LOOK UP.
