Thank you for shopping with ART X PUZZLES / ART X ARTISTS. Our products feature artist collaborations, limited editions, collector items, and special project releases created in partnership with artists and creatives.

Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING ONLY

At this time, ART X PUZZLES / ART X ARTISTS ships exclusively within the United States.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Orders placed with an international shipping address cannot be fulfilled and may be canceled and refunded.

LOOK UP TIMES SQUARE CAPSULE COLLECTION

The LOOK UP TIMES SQUARE Capsule Collection is our current special limited-edition collection, created in connection with the ongoing LOOK UP project and its cultural programming.

Because these pieces are being specially produced in limited quantities, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for fulfillment before shipment.

The 3–4 week fulfillment period is separate from carrier transit time and begins after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

By purchasing an item from the LOOK UP TIMES SQUARE Capsule Collection, you acknowledge and accept this extended fulfillment timeframe.

We appreciate your patience as these special artist editions are produced, prepared, and carefully packaged for shipment.

LIMITED-EDITION SCARVES & NATURAL VARIATIONS

The scarves in the LOOK UP TIMES SQUARE Capsule Collection are produced as special limited-edition artist pieces. Due to the nature of textile production, printing, cutting, and finishing, slight variations may occur from scarf to scarf.

Variations may include slight differences in color, print saturation, image placement, dimensions, border alignment, stitching, edge finishing, texture, and other production details. Colors may also appear slightly different from images displayed online due to photography, lighting, and individual screen settings.

These subtle differences are a natural part of producing limited-edition textile pieces and contribute to the individual character of each scarf. Reasonable variations of this nature are not considered manufacturing defects.

While we make every effort to ensure that each scarf reflects the artwork and design shown on our website as closely as possible, exact duplication from one scarf to another cannot be guaranteed.

LIMITED EDITION PUZZLES — EDITIONS CLOSED

Please note that our Limited Edition ART X PUZZLES editions are now closed and are no longer available for purchase.

These artist puzzle editions were produced as limited releases, and no additional editions are currently being produced or fulfilled.

Any archival references to previously released Limited Edition Puzzles appearing on our website are presented for informational, artistic, or historical purposes and should not be interpreted as products currently available for sale.

Our current focus is the LOOK UP TIMES SQUARE Capsule Collection and its special limited-edition artist releases.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the product, package size, weight, destination, and available shipping service.

Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once your order has completed fulfillment and has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated carrier transit times begin after fulfillment is complete.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

ART X PUZZLES / ART X ARTISTS is not responsible for packages that are lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an inaccurate or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

TRACKING & DELIVERY

Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for carrier tracking information to update after a shipping label has been created.

Once a carrier confirms that a package has been delivered to the address provided with the order, ART X PUZZLES / ART X ARTISTS is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, misplaced, or stolen.

Signature confirmation may be required for certain limited-edition or higher-value orders.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us so that we can assist with an inquiry with the shipping carrier.

Carrier investigations and claims are subject to the individual carrier's procedures and timelines.

ART X PUZZLES / ART X ARTISTS is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

DAMAGED ORDERS

We carefully prepare our products for shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly after delivery.

Please retain all original packaging and provide photographs of:

• The damaged product
• The exterior shipping package
• The interior packaging
• The shipping label
• Any visible damage to the package

This information may be necessary to submit a shipping claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

Please do not discard the product or its packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Please note that the natural variations described above for limited-edition scarves are not considered damage or manufacturing defects.

LIMITED EDITIONS & ARTIST PRODUCTS

ART X PUZZLES / ART X ARTISTS products may be produced as limited editions, artist collaborations, special releases, or fundraising editions.

Production and fulfillment times may therefore differ from conventional retail merchandise. Any special fulfillment timeframe stated on an individual product page should be considered part of the terms of purchase for that product.

Because of the limited-edition nature of these releases, availability is not guaranteed and sold-out or closed editions may not be reproduced.
