LOOK UP Times Square | Roald Bradstock Limited-Edition Silk Scarf

Created as a special limited-edition wearable artwork, this silk scarf transforms the dynamic visual language of Roald Bradstock into a collectible piece celebrating LOOK UP Times Square and its presentation at Palazzo Mora in Venice.

Bradstock—an Olympian and internationally recognized artist known as “The Olympic Picasso”—has spent decades exploring the intersection of art, movement, sport, and human potential. The scarf's striking composition radiates with sweeping lines of cobalt, turquoise, aqua, and deep blue, creating a powerful sense of movement that shifts as the silk folds and drapes.

The design is finished with an elegant double silver architectural border, giving the scarf the appearance of an artwork held within a frame. When worn, the fluidity of the silk brings another dimension to the image; when displayed flat or framed, it becomes a distinctive collectible work of art.

The design for this limited-edition scarf is drawn from Roald Bradstock’s original painting Together (2024/2025), an acrylic on canvas measuring 20 x 16 inches (50.8 x 40.64 cm). Known for bringing together the worlds of art and sport, Bradstock channels movement, energy, color, and the spirit of human connection into a dynamic visual language.

Translated from canvas into silk, Together takes on a new life as a wearable and collectible work of art. The composition’s sense of movement and unity reflects the meaning embedded in its title—a celebration of connection, collaboration, and what can be achieved when people come together.

This special scarf was created on the occasion of LOOK UP Times Square at Personal Structures, presented by the European Cultural Centre at Palazzo Mora in Venice and curated by Rachel Vancelette. The exhibition brings the LOOK UP vision from the monumental digital landscape of Times Square into the international cultural dialogue surrounding Venice in 2026.
