LOOK UP TIMES SQUARE | Venice Limited-Edition Silk Scarf- Nathan Brujis
A vibrant convergence of art, fashion, and cultural exchange, this limited-edition silk scarf features an original artwork by Nathan Brujis, transformed into a wearable work of art for the LOOK UP Times Square Venice Collection.
Brujis’ energetic composition unfolds through richly layered color, gestural brushwork, spiraling forms, and organic rhythms. Deep greens, luminous yellows, fiery reds, blues, and earth tones move across the silk, creating a dynamic image that reveals new details with every fold. A sophisticated ivory field and deep green border frame the artwork, allowing the scarf to be worn as a statement accessory or displayed as a collectible textile artwork.
The design for this limited-edition scarf is drawn from Nathan Brujis’s monumental painting Pachamama (2025), an oil on linen measuring 8 x 6.5 feet (2.4 x 2 meters). Translating the scale, color, and visual energy of the original artwork into silk, the scarf offers a new way to experience and wear Brujis’s work while preserving the spirit of the original composition. Created on the occasion of LOOK UP Times Square at Palazzo Mora in Venice, the scarf transforms Pachamama from a large-scale painting into an intimate, collectible art object that bridges contemporary art, fashion, and the LOOK UP project.
Created on the occasion of LOOK UP Times Square’s participation in Personal Structures: Confluences, presented by the European Cultural Centre (ECC) at Palazzo Mora in Venice, the scarf commemorates LOOK UP’s 2026 Venice presentation during the Venice Biennale period.
Curated by Rachel Vancelette, LOOK UP brings together artists and creatives from around the world while expanding contemporary art beyond traditional exhibition spaces and into public life, technology, fashion, and cultural experience.
Each scarf is finished with the commemorative inscription:
