Shipping/ Return & Refund Policies:

 

Shipping: Art x Puzzles offers multiple shipping options and works with FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL in order to provide the best options and service to each of our customers.

We do our best to optimize the shipping process both nationally and internationally, and it may take 2-4 weeks to ship. Due to shipping delays worldwide, we are unable to honor expedited shipping. We continue to work to organize international shipment options for our customers. This process may require a direct email inquiry to ensure your shipping requirements.

International Shipment: Duties taxes and fee may apply for certain countries for shipment, custom duties and remain the responsibility of the customer. 

Living Overseas? We offer international shipping to meet your needs. If you don't see your country available at checkout, please contact us at info@artxpuzzles.com and someone from our team will assist you. 

Buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties and brokerage fees that may be billed by customs in accordance with your respective country's policies. Please check your countries policies and duties.

  • When purchasing goods online, some or all of these goods may not originate in the country you reside in, therefore are subject to a customs duty, which is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders.

UK Citizens:

Gifts worth £135-£630 2.5%, but rates are lower for some goods 
Gifts above £630 and other goods above £135 The rate depends on the type of goods and their origin.

 

Shipping:  Our carriers do their best to deliver on-time and due to COVID19 delays, some packages may be delayed. When packages have an official delivery notice from our official shipping carriers,  the package and/or packages become the responsibility of the customer to contact shipping carriers for insurance claims and/or delivery issues.  

What if my item is lost or stolen? If your item has been marked as 'delivered' but has not arrived, please allow a few additional business days for it to show up. Packages are frequently scanned as 'delivered' when in fact they are still en route.

Please note that ARTXPUZZLES is unable to replace lost or stolen items. Be sure to use the correct mailing address and track your shipment to reduce the risk of errors. We will file a claim on your behalf in the case that there are issues with your delivery, but we recommend that you also reach out directly to the courier to file a claim for your package in the event that it is lost.

    Special Requests: We will do our best to respond and review special requests. Art x Puzzles ships orders within 2-3 weeks timelines. This timelines ensures our custom-made process and premium standard production meets the highest industry standards.

    Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay are also available at checkout. 

    All Art x Puzzles sales are final. 

    Return/ Refunds/Exchanges/Damaged Items: 
    We do our best to ensure your puzzle will arrive in perfect condition, but occasionally damage may occur during shipping. If the puzzle you received is damaged, please email us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will review it and ship a replacement puzzle if required. Please note that we only offer exchanges on damaged items, not refunds.

    In order for a puzzle to be deemed as damaged in shipping, significant damage must be observed, minor defects do not warrant an exchange. 

    -Puzzles Product should be unused. 

    -Original Packaging required including the puzzle box and any other items included such items USB drive.

    -Return notifcation or damage notification within 5 days of receiving the puzzle.

    -Return must initated by customer following approval by AXP within a week of receiving the order and offical approval notification. 

    -Exchange for a new puzzle edition following offical approvals will be shipped and initated following the official return. Following approved return and inspection, the customer's new item will be sent within our typical fufillment timelines 2-4 weeks due to our custom-made process and print on-demand. 

    -Return shipping costs is the responsibilty of customer.

    *All sales items are final sales and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

    Think you are missing a puzzle piece?  We are sorry you have a missing puzzle piece and know how distressing it can be to be so close to completion. It is virtually impossible for pieces to be missing when shipped in a sealed plastic bag, however, pieces tend to jump and skip off tables at times. (AXP team has had it happen).

    If someone has vacuumed the area under the assembly area, checking the vacuum bag is a good idea. If not, take a soft brush or broom and carefully sweep the area using a  flashlight as a guide. We've had this request for missing pieces only a couple of times and they have been found hiding under tables or nearby. Good hunting and let us know when it re-materializes - AXP is sure it will!

    Covid19 Delays: Due to current world events, some shipping delays may occur and fullfiment may be delayed due to COVID19. Art x Puzzles will notify you directly by email with continued updates on your shipment and order timelines.
